With the widespread availability of COVID-19 vaccinations, I offer exclusively in-person services for new clients.

For established clients, occasional virtual therapy is available through the secure, HIPAA compliant telehealth server hosted by Psychology Today. This easy to use system allows for seamless teletherapy sessions from the comfort and safety of your own home.

In-person therapy is available at my office. To keep all parties safe, the following precautions are being taken:

  • Clients who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or have themselves tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks are not permitted to attend in-person sessions.

  • Therapy room contains an air purifier with a HEPA filter (see NASA study on HEPA filter efficacy).

  • Everyone must use hand sanitizer upon entering the office.

  • Mask requirements in the waiting room and therapy room are made based on local recommendations. These will be updated throughout the year. Prior to our first meeting, we will discuss your risk level, personal comfort, and other safety concerns before determining mask procedures during session time.

  • I am fully vaccinated (including boosters) for COVID-19 and encourage all who can access vaccinations to do so.
