Individual therapy begins by understanding your current experience and how you would like to see changes. We will mutually work toward understanding the root of your concerns, rather than focusing exclusively on symptoms. You can expect to discuss your values, perspectives, and beliefs.
Virtual and in-person therapy available.
Couples therapy can help you and your partner deepen your connection, learn new ways of relating, and most importantly, come to appreciate and respect one another's differences. You can expect to learn about your natural wiring for connection and how this impacts your relationship.
