Karina Rabinowitz, Ph.D., PLLC
"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."
- Carl Rogers
Meet Dr. Karina Rabinowitz
Whether you're wanting to improve your relationships, navigate a life transition, better understand your emotions, or learn new ways to cope with depression or anxiety, therapy is a great place to start.
In my practice, I celebrate authenticity, emotional awareness, connectivity, and personal identities. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, conversational environment that invites your whole self into the room. You are the expert on your experience; I am here to help you transform your self-reflection into concrete changes in your life.
Finding a therapist you truly connect with can lead to deeper and more enduring change. I believe that we flourish when we find relationships that encourage us to accept ourselves fully, challenge us when we're stuck, and honor our unique perspectives. I invite you to schedule a free 30-minute consultation to help you choose the right therapist for you.

Individual THERAPY
Individual therapy begins by understanding your story in context.
We work together to examine your current experience and how you would like to see changes. We will mutually work toward understanding and unearthing the root of your concerns, rather than focusing exclusively on symptom management. You can expect to discuss your values, perspectives, and beliefs in safe and warm space.
In-person therapy only.
COUPLES THERAPY
Every couple has a unique partnership, and I honor your relationship as a central part of your world. Couples therapy can help you and your partner deepen your connection, learn new ways of relating, and most importantly, come to appreciate and respect one another's differences. You can expect to learn about your natural wiring for connection and how this impacts your relationship.
I am a trained PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy; Stan Tatkin, PsyD) therapist, and I work from a neurobiological, attachment-based couples therapy perspective. Through experimentation, education, and emotional engagement, you will learn how to deepen your connection, more quickly resolve your conflicts, and become an expert on your partner.
In-person couples therapy only.
