I am not currently accepting new consultations for Spring 2026, but please see my referrals page for provider recommendations.
All clients will engage in a conversation around fit prior to being accepted into my practice.
I am licensed with PSYPACT (https://psypact.gov/page/psypactmap)which allows me to practice virtually in 40+ states participating in the program.
For client's located in Austin, I invite you to embrace the in-person therapy experience. Virtual sessions are available for travel, illness, or tight schedules; however, I ask that my clients commit to spending the majority of our time face-to-face. If you have special circumstances, I am happy to discuss further.
Couples sessions are in-person only.
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Couples therapy sessions are 90 minutes. Longer or shorter sessions can be accommodated depending on the needs of the individual or couple.

No, I am a private pay provider. If you want to use out-of-network therapy benefits, check with your insurance company for details. I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit personally for partial reimbursement.
Please note, I do not participate in Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement.
$200/50 minutes or $360/90 minutes. Longer sessions are prorated based on this rate.
